Autumn in the Eastern Townships in October

Since we are in the middle of this beautiful season, I thought I would post a nice picture taken at the lake on Saturday. For some reason, the colors have been absolutely spectacular this year. The leaves have not fallen so fast, so some of the trees are displaying a full range of greens, yellow turning to orange and red on the tips of their branches. It’s beautiful. The sun was going down and shining just so on the other side of the lake when I took these pictures at supper time.
